Had some fun today.. hehe

I was visiting a local piano store after work today.. I had my old and almost broken Zoom H2 with me just for fun.. I got to try out a few new Steinway grand pianos... and I recorded one piece.. a few mistakes here and there, but its a relatively new piece that I've learned. Im even in a bigger shock... thanks Eddie! hehe

Im back from Poland! I've had the most fantastic time ever! Its unbelievable! I travelled to Krakow on Tuesday this week. I met up with some other close friends of Eddie at the airport. We stayed at the same hotel. Got to the hotel, got out for dinner - ate at a restaurant called "Nostalgia" of all things.. hehe (one of the tracks from "Zinc" is called "Nostalgia"). Im in shock.. thanks to Eddie Jobson!

Eddie Jobson is a generous man.. that's for sure :) Here's the story: A few days ago I received an email from Globe Music - Eddie Jobsons record-company that Eddie has seen my drawing and that he LOVES it and want to use it as t-shirt designs for the three upcoming concerts in Poland in November. John Wetton and Tony Levin is joining him as well :) I said "yes, of course!" to this.. What an honour! So.. in exchange for this Eddie want to invite me to Poland for all three gigs.. Duncan Browne is underrated!

He deserves more attention! Any fans here?? For those who don't know who he is look here: http://www.insyncnet.com/duncan/ I must say that he, along with Steve Hackett, Ant Phillips, Andrew Latimer and Jimmy Page is the reason why I play guitar.. I love his music :) There are some videos on Youtube - be sure to check them out! Duncan died in 1993 from lung cancer.. RIP Duncan.. Continue

Three new cover-songs!

I uploaded three new cover-songs on my profile. Horizons: I've been working on this for years, but I've never recorded it.. This is the first take. One of my biggest dreams has come true!!

Yep! Today I bought an 1976 Yamaha CP-70 piano!!!!! I just can't belive it... Im so HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!! It was owned by an "famous" Norwegian artist called Espen Lind. He painted the whole piano green.. ugly green.. But with paint witch is easy to remove.. :) Its missing one leg (will be fixed), the roadcases are also missing and one of the cords for the pick-ups is loose and needs to be fixed.. easy job to fix. Its also a bit out of tune.. but thats very easy to fix as well :) I got it f… Continue

So yeah.. Im going to see Gentle Giant tomorrow..

Im going to see Gentle Giant with a few members from 10cc tomorrow.. they are going to play only GG-songs. The concert is in Sweden - in Gothenburg. Eddie Jobson this time... Like the hardest thing I`ve ever tried to play... It took me 3 days to learn to play it.. But I`ve had the music in my head for the past 6 years or so.. maybe longer.. Its recorded on an Kurzweil PC3X I got to try out at a store a couple of times... I need to buy one of those pianos.. its perfect for me... I only need a job and some money first.. hehe Enjoy!
